Hunter Combs is a Managing Director based in Walker & Dunlop’s San Diego, California office. Mr. Combs is responsible for originating and executing on multifamily investment sales throughout Southern California. As a leader on the West Coast, Mr. Combs is also focused on growing the company’s presence in the West. He serves on the Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales Executive Committee, which provides strategic direction to best serve the firm’s clients. Mr. Combs brings more than fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate advisory services to Walker & Dunlop.

Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Director at HFF. Mr. Combs has executed more than $3 billion worth of multifamily properties for institutional and private capital clients including The Blackstone Group, Greystar, LaSalle, Raintree Group, AvalonBay, Sares Regis Group, Hanover Company, Wood Partners, Goldman Sachs, Trammell Crow Residential, Essex Property Trust, AIG, and many more.

Mr. Combs received his Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from the University of San Diego.
