Hunter Bowling is a Senior Director in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group. His responsibilities include supporting the firm’s brokerage activities in the Carolinas region. Since 2018, Hunter has been directly involved in the sale of over 30,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $3.75 billon in the Carolinas.
Hunter has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2017. Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Hunter was a member of the Land Practice Group in the Raleigh office. Hunter holds a BA and Minor in Economics from North Carolina State University.
