As Chief Executive Officer of SK Commercial Realty, Hugh H. Scott III brings 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate investment business involving such areas as investment analysis, finance, brokerage, property management, and construction management. Through partnered investments or direct ownership, he specializes in real estate value enhancement through the development, acquisition, leasing and management of a variety of real estate product types.
Scott is responsible for the underwriting and execution of new investment opportunities as well as the management of portfolio and third party assets. He currently oversees a portfolio of over 7 million square feet with a value of over $1 billion.
