Hugh Cole

Mr. Cole is responsible for managing the project-level financing needs of the company's portfolio. His primary responsibilities include structuring new construction and acquisition loans, refinancing assets within the portfolio, originating and underwriting new acquisitions and managing debt and equity relationships across the Washington Property Company portfolio. Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Cole worked in asset and portfolio management for a private equity firm, as well as in the REO group with a large national bank. Mr. Cole received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University in Maryland. He resides in Bethesda with his wife and son.
