Bio

Mr. Wolf has over 25 years experience in the development, construction, and management of Class A commercial real estate. He has obtained entitlements for more than 4.0 million square feet of space ranging from the redevelopment of individual stand alone buildings to master planned greenfield sites. He has completed over $400 million of base building (core and shell) construction as well as over $75 million of tenant improvements and has been responsible for the property management of portfolios in excess of 3 million square feet.

 

Mr. Wolf began his career at Paragon Enterprises where he became a partner in 1986. As Director of Operations for Paragon, Mr. Wolf was responsible for all aspects of development, construction and property management. Mr. Wolf joined Reckson Associates Realty Corp. in 1997 at the time Reckson purchased the core of Paragon’s New Jersey portfolio. Mr. Wolf was instrumental in establishing the New Jersey Division, staffing, training, and managing the team of professionals that acquired, built and operated a portfolio that grew to 3 million square feet.

 

In January 2000, Mr. Wolf joined WP Commercial where in 2001 he formed WP Construction Services. As COO of WP Construction Services, Mr. Wolf was responsible for managing all aspects of development and construction in the parent company’s three state portfolio.

 

Wolf Development Services, L.L.C. was formed in November 2002 to serve the wider real estate development community.

 

Mr. Wolf holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Urban Planning from Rutgers University and a Master’s of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin.
