Howard Fiddle is a Vice Chairman and heads CBRE’s New York City Agency Department. In this capacity, he has helped the firm achieve and maintain the largest market share in the Tri-State marketplace. As a 29-year veteran of the firm, Howard has been a three-time recipient of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Robert T. Lawrence Memorial award—an honor that recognizes those transactions with exceptional creativity and importance to New York City.
With an extensive knowledge of the Manhattan marketplace, marketing and finance, Howard has significant transactional experience representing large tenants and landlords in major leasing assignments. In 2017, Howard Fiddle was involved with leasing transactions totaling 1.5 million RSF.
Within CBRE, Howard has worked in several different departments and locations and has served in an array of management roles. He has been a member of the firm’s Policy Committee, made up of a select few of the region’s top professionals including its Chairman, CEO and President. Howard is regularly sought out by leading business and real estate periodicals on an array of real estate topics. Previously, Howard worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young.
