Howard Berk

Mr. Berk is Vice Chairman of MSD Partners. He joined MSD Capital in 2002 as a Partner and has overseen both public and private equity. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Berk was the Managing Director of TG Capital Corp., a single family investment office investing across all asset classes. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Berk was with the Stenbeck Group, a family controlled holding company, where he acquired and managed businesses in multiple countries. Prior to that, he was with Goldman Sachs & Co., where he worked in the Principal Investment Area (Private Equity) as well as the Mergers and Acquisitions Department. At Goldman Sachs, Mr. Berk worked in New York as well as Hong Kong and Singapore where he co-founded Goldman's non-Japan Asia private equity business.
