Hillary Kolber joined SRS in 2022 as an associate in the Denver office. She focuses on tenant and landlord representation and has past experience in land acquisition for multifamily and single-tenant net lease properties. With six years of experience, she has worked with a number of tenants such as Pendleton Woolen Mills, Robeks Juice, The Learning Experience, Ku Cha Tea, Sweet Izzy, and Scooters Coffee. Her list of landlord clients includes Focus Property Group, The Columbia Group, Festival Companies, Highlands REIT, Mitsui Fudosan America, Drury Development Corporation, and Crowne Development Group. Prior to moving to Colorado, Hillary began her career in multifamily property management in Chicago and has a prior background in academia and clinical healthcare settings.

Hillary is a graduate of the University of Kansas and received a Master of Science from Mississippi State University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of ICSC and the Downtown Denver Partnership Retail Board.
