Bio
H. Henry Elghanayan is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rockrose Development Corp. Since its founding in 1969, the company has developed, acquired or repositioned approximately 60 projects encompassing 11,000 residential units, 3.3 million square feet of office and 1 million square feet of retail space, totaling 14 million square feet and valued at over $6 billion.
Mr. Elghanayan’s professional affiliations have included the Real Estate Board of New York, Carnegie Hall Society and the Downtown-Lower Manhattan Association, Inc., member of the New York City School Chancellor\'s Commission on the Capital Plan, the New York Athletic Club and board member of the Dalton School.
Mr. Elghanayan began his career as a practicing lawyer, primarily in the real estate field. He received a Masters in Business Administration degree from Columbia University and a Juris Doctorate degree from New York University Law School.
