Helen Weissman joined CBRE in 2016 with over 12 years of experience in commercial brokerage. As Commercial Associate with the firm, Ms. Weissman focuses on pursuing clients seeking office, retail and industrial space. Ms. Weissman has been doing landlord and seller representation consistently in and around Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Previous to this role, Helen was with Brenner Real Estate Group where she completed 200+ deals representing building owners as well as tenants, including Crown Wine & Spirits, Legacy Bank, First Southern Bank, Centerstate Bank, Sungard International, SWS, Moran Environmental, THE ICEE Company, Associated Grocers and John Deere Landscaping.
Ms. Weissman was previously employed by Encircle as Territory Sales Manager for the Tri-County area working from the company's Miami headquarters. Originally born in Berkeley, California and raised in New Jersey, Ms. Weissman has lived in South Florida for 38 years and presently resides in Hollywood, FL.
She is a graduate of the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Helen is also fluent in Spanish.
