Heath Abramsohn

Heath Abramsohn is Vice President & Regional Director, New Jersey/Pennsylvania Development, for Rockefeller Group . He joined Rockefeller Group in 2005 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout career with the company including asset experience with industrial, office, multifamily, and mixed use projects. In his current role, Mr. Abramsohn is responsible for project analysis, due diligence, financial/investment analysis, site selection, entitlements, and project management for real estate acquisitions and development activities projects encompassing both speculative and build to suit opportunities for approximately 4 million square feet of investment grade commercial assets within the Northeast. Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, Mr. Abramsohn worked in Corporate Finance at Pfizer and was a Consultant with Andersen Consulting/Accenture. Mr. Abramsohn received his Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College with a major in Accounting and Economics. He received his Master in Science, Real Estate Development from New York University. He holds a real estate license in New Jersey and New York and is a member of NAIOP and ULI.
