Bio

H.D. is a Vice President at F10 Hotels and is located in the Austin, TX office. Mr. Perkins advises developers, private equity firms, family offices, institutions, REIT's and high net worth individuals in all aspects of hotel transactions and financing efforts. He specializes in sourcing and placing debt, preferred equity, and marketing and managing acquisitions/dispositions on individual and portfolio properties. Mr. Perkins has extensive networks and experienced knowledge across all hospitality asset classes, including: select service, upscale, luxury, boutique, lifestyle and specialty hotel segments. Mr. Perkins is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. He began his commercial real estate career in 2009, founding Texas Energy Systems, to provide commissioning services to ground up Multifamily developers for building code compliance and above code "green" program certification marketplaces in Austin, Houston, San Antonio and surrounding Texas markets. He remains a partner in TES to this date. In 2012, Perkins joined the SkylesBayne Co. as an associate broker specializing strictly in tenant representation. Prior to joining F10 Hotels, Perkins worked with full service firm, VRA Commercial, where he was responsible for brokerage services in office, flex, industrial, retail assets and investment property sales. H.D.'s multi-level focus on CRE and passion for helping investors navigate complicated process to find innovative solutions led him to join F10 Hotels.
