Bio
Harry Ashforth is a Vice President responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company’s development activities. He is also responsible for financial analysis and due diligence as it relates to the Company’s acquisition and asset management activities. Prior to joining Orchard Partners, Ashforth worked in asset management for PGIM Real Estate for 3 years where he oversaw 3.2 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and life science assets. While at PGIM, Ashforth underwrote and executed on 40 lease transactions totaling 1.1 million square feet. Prior to PGIM, Ashforth was an investment sales analyst for HFF and Eastdil Secured and underwrote over $650 million in office and hotel transactions. Ashforth received his B.A. degree in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
