Biography
I began my professional career as a litigation attorney working at two major law firms in downtown Chicago and before that for the Illinois Attorney General. After contemplating a big career move for some time, I jumped with two feet in, joining Triton to develop my multifamily advisory practice and elevate the company. I'm in the information business. Investigating, cultivating, and informing clients on information. This process for me used to be legal and factual information with my clients in the court system, but I found my passion in advising clients on building information in Chicago neighborhoods whether it be to transact or keep them current on the market. My work ethic, legal/zoning law knowledge and organizational methods assist in my disciplined approach to what I do. The clients I have the honor of working with benefit from my negotiation methods, prompt responsiveness and tactful action to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Outside of my real estate business, I enjoy collecting new experiences with my wife (Kary), taking our Pug pup (Ozuna) for long walks, traveling and am a multifamily owner/operator in Hyde Park/Woodlawn. I speak fluent Spanish (although I nearly failed in Spanish in high school – Señora Norvell, if only you could hear me now).
