Harlan Davis

Harlan Davis is a key member on one of the most active office tenant representation

teams in Dallas, led by Vice Chairman Phil Puckett (2017 D CEO & NAIOP Broker of

the Year), which focuses its efforts in the Downtown and Uptown submarkets. As Senior

Vice President, Mr. Davis and his team boast a resume of over 7 million square feet of

tenant representation experience in Dallas-Fort Worth of which over 1.7 million square

feet have been law firms. Throughout his career, he has specialized in representing

tenants' interests in office leasing, transaction management, strategic planning, and

acquisitions and dispositions.

In the early stages of Mr. Davis' career, he helped develop the Downtown-Uptown

DASHBOARD, which is a software-based technology tool to assist clients in their office

building selection in Downtown and Uptown. This tool has been recognized by many

local publications and was the winner of CBRE's National Innovation Award. In addition

to this technology, Mr. Davis strategically identifies and accommodates the occupancy

needs of a diverse and robust span of clients, including law firms, consulting firms,

transportation firms and financial service firms.

Prior to joining the CBRE Brokerage Services team, Mr. Davis began his career as an

analyst within Trammell Crow Company's Brokerage Team. While at Trammell Crow

Company, Mr. Davis helped provide detailed market research and financial analysis to

senior leaders.
