Bio
Prior to founding Integra in 2011, Mr. Juhle was Director of Business Development at a publicly traded strategic consulting firm in Washington, DC. He then transitioned to the acquisitions and finance group of a major publicly-traded real estate investment trust. In 2005, Hans joined a San Francisco-based private equity firm focused on affordable housing, where he became the company's youngest partner and led the affordable housing investment team. In addition to leading Integra's acquisitions and operations, Mr. Juhle is primarily responsible for shaping the company's strategic growth plan and corporate strategy. Hans graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia. He serves on the board of the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA), is a member of the Urban Land Institute's Affordable/Workforce Product Council, received a California real estate broker license and supports the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA). In 2017, Hans was elected to serve on the city council of his town. He is outnumbered at home by his wife and two daughters.
