Hans Christiansen

Hans is responsible for management of planning, design and entitlement and lends his expertise to project feasibility, due diligence, entitlement, and permitting of new projects. Having experience with projects ranging from multi-family to big box; single-family to commercial, he brings a valuable breadth of project experience and knowledge to Evergreen. His focus on detailed site planning and design, coupled with his strong understanding of land use process, technical design, permitting and construction serves to add value to Evergreen's projects. Hans earned a Bachelor's Degree in Community & Environmental Planning with a focus on Urban Planning from the University of Washington. He has also earned certificates in Project Management and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington School of Professional & Continuing Education.
