Hanna has more than 10 years of real estate industry experience, including serving as both Vice President of Investments and Vice President of Portfolio Management for RPT Realty. In these roles, Hanna directed the company’s open-air retail transactions, joint venture management and portfolio-level analytics, and played a key part in the $2 billion dollar sale of RPT Realty to Kimco Realty. Prior to this, Hanna was an Investment Associate at Meyer Bergman responsible for urban mixed-use transactions. Previously, Hanna worked at Value Retail, a private London-based owner and developer of luxury outlet villages in Europe and Asia, where she gained extensive international experience. During her tenure at Value Retail, Hanna served as Remerchandising Manager in Shanghai, China, helping to develop and open Shanghai Village in partnership with Shanghai Disney, as well as Business Analyst in Paris, France where she provided analytical support to leasing, retail and operations teams. Hanna holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Political Science and French from Columbia University.
