Hampton Beebe is a vice chairman with Newmark based in South Florida. Hampton and his partners, Avery Klann and Patrick Dufour, manage and lead investment sales for Newmark's multifamily platform in the state of Florida. He specializes in new business generation in addition to the marketing and sale of multifamily properties, land and the structuring of joint ventures throughout southeast and southwest Florida. Since joining Newmark in 2006, Mr. Beebe has been involved in the sale of over $16 billion in multifamily assets throughout Florida.

Mr. Beebe is recognized as an expert in his field and has spoken at various conferences and panels on Commercial Real Estate. He has been named a Power Leader in Commercial Real Estate" by the South Florida Business Journal, a "Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate" by the Daily Business Review and a "Power Broker" by CoStar multiple times. Mr. Beebe has also been recognized for "Multihousing Deal of the Year" in 2010, 2011 and 2013 by The Daily Business Review.
