Hampden Berry

Hampden (Ham) Berry joined the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) group in June 2019  as a Production Analyst, assisting both the CBRE National Student Housing Team as well as the Bryant Wagley DSF Team. Since then, he has been active in every stage of the debt underwriting process, mainly focusing on student-housing and conventional multifamily properties across the US. Ham and his teams represent some of the top pension fund and private equity fund investors in the country.

Prior to joining the CBRE team full time, Ham was a summer intern with the Bryant Wagley DSF Team. Ham has also worked as an analyst for the Dallas-based real estate investment firm, Fountain Capital, LLC.  During his time at Fountain, Ham helped to compile market research, conduct investment analyses, identify acquisitions, and manage the firm's existing assets in the Southwest Region.

Ham is a Dallas native and graduated with a degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business in the spring of 2019.
