Haili Rumsey is the lead Senior Project Coordinator for Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets team based in Dallas. Bringing over 10 years of experience, Haili leads the marketing and investment sales process which includes close coordination with multiple team members and stakeholders from the pre-marketing stages through to the final closing. Haili works closely with the financial analysts and graphic designers in pulling together the marketing and proposal pieces on behalf of the transaction team. In addition, her keen attention to the many details and strong communication skills ensure a smooth transaction process between the owner and buyer of each opportunity.

Prior to joining Stream, Haili worked at HFF, later acquired by JLL, as a Senior Production Associate with a top producing industrial capital markets team. In her time with JLL she worked on over 250 deals with a combined value over $8.5 billion. Haili was also a Marketing Director for North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors where she routinely planned events for up to 1,500 members and external partners.
