Guillermo Ortega is a hospitality and real estate professional with more than 26 years of experience in hotel operations, openings, and transitions across South Florida and the Caribbean and Latin America. He has worked with leading brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Wyndham, La Quinta, and Extended Stay, as well as prominent ownership and management groups such as Highgate, Trust Hospitality, and Blackstone.

His Miami experience includes The Elser Hotel & Residences, Circa, The Goodtime Hotel, and Hotel Continental, complemented by international projects in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Mexico, Trinidad, and Curaçao. Guillermo also brings more than three years of real estate experience specializing in land and mixed-use development.
