Bio
Mr. Scharlemann joined SKB in 2015 and is responsible for the acquisition, disposition and asset management efforts in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Scharlemann came to SKB with 10 years of experience with Hines and east coast based Childress Klein. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University and received an MBA from University of North Carolina Charlotte.
