Bio
Greg Primiano joined Newmark's predecessor firm in 2011 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company's Bethesda office. He has 9 years of Multifamily real estate lending experience, spanning FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac products. Greg has worked on $2.2 billion of closed transactions over the past four years and, in partnership with Managing Directors Bill Mott and Rob Cantizano, has executed $1BB in multifamily debt since the beginning of 2018.
Greg is a member of the MBA Mpact Advisory Committee and has served as a group Coordinator for the Urban Land Institute's Mentorship Program.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary's College of Maryland Graduating in 2011.
