Bio
Greg Clancy is an Executive Vice President of the company’s Construction Services Division. In his time at RXR Mr. Clancy has overseen billions of dollars of construction work, representing millions of square feet of residential, office and industrial product all across the New York City Metro Area.
Prior to joining RXR, Mr. Clancy served as a Senior Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation where he was the co-head of the NYCEDC’s $3 Billion Capital Program Department. While at the NYCEDC, he managed dozens of projects including the renovation of the Strand Theater in downtown Brooklyn, the construction of the Coney Island Steeplechase and B&B Carousel Building, and the New York Harbor Siphon, a 9,500ft tunnel between Staten Island and Brooklyn. Prior to serving at the NYCEDC, he worked as a project manager for Turner Construction Company in New York, and as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps where he served as an Engineer Officer in various locations including Iraq. Mr. Clancy holds a BS from the United States Naval Academy, and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He is a Bronx native and currently lives with his wife Meaghan and their four sons on City Island in the Bronx.
