Gregg Winter

Gregg Winter founded W Financial in 2003, having spent the prior 14 years successfully syndicating individual mortgage loans among groups of private investors. He is also the owner of Winter & Company, a commercial mortgage advisory firm founded in 1989. With over 29 years of real estate advisory and lending experience, Gregg is recognized as a leading lender and commercial debt and equity advisor in New York. Prior to launching Winter & Company and W Financial, Mr. Winter had also served as a principal of W&W Associates, Inc., a family-owned New York mortgage investment business established in 1963 by his father, Jack Winter. Mr. Winter is a member of the Finance Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, is a member of the Real Estate Lenders Association, and is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker. He graduated magna cum laude from Long Island University. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Sag Harbor Cinema Arts Center, a non-profit organization that has acquired and is restoring the historic Sag Harbor Cinema on Main Street in Sag Harbor, New York, creating a state-of-the-art film, cultural and educational center on the East End of Long Island.
