Bio
Gregg Shutan is President of Integrated Accounts for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services business. In this role, he is focused on integrating advisory and transaction capabilities into CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions accounts to increase the value CBRE delivers to each client.
Previously, he was President of the North Division of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions | Enterprise business. In this role, Gregg was accountable for delivering world-class real estate and facility management services to CBRE’s occupier clients with headquarters in the northern United States and Canada. Clients included Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations, leading healthcare organizations, and governmental entities.
Earlier in his CBRE career, he served as Americas Director of Sales and Client Solutions. During his tenure with CBRE, Gregg has led teams responsible for securing and/or expanding contractual relationships with Accenture, IBM, Infrastructure Ontario, J.C. Penney, Monsanto, Motorola, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Sprint, Walgreens and Whirlpool, among others.
For more than 25 years, Gregg has focused on delivering commercial real estate transformation to global portfolios, including the optimization of real estate portfolio footprints and reduction of total cost of occupancy (TCO). Gregg has significant experience working with clients across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining CBRE, Gregg held leadership positions within the real estate departments of General Services Administration (GSA), Tribune Company, and Accenture.
