Gregg Seibert

Mr. Seibert has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2016. Previously, Gregg served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Spirit Realty Capital (SRC), a publicly-traded triple-net lease REIT.

Gregg was instrumental in establishing the Spirit’s investment strategy, credit underwriting, closing procedures and asset/portfolio management, and led the company through all capital markets debt offerings. Prior to joining Spirit, Gregg worked for over nine years at Franchise Finance Corporation of America (FFCA). He served as the Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Research and Senior Vice President of Acquisitions until FFCA’s acquisition in August 2001 by GE Capital Corporation (GECC), where Gregg served as a Senior Vice President. He previously served as a Vice President in the commercial real estate lending group of Bank of America and as an Investment Analyst with the Travelers Insurance Company.

Gregg received an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Missouri.
