Current Responsibilities Gregg Raus is a veteran in Chicago commercial office real estate and an Executive Vice President at JLL. Gregg's primary responsibilities include the exclusive representation of office space users in strategic real estate planning, acquisition, and disposition of facilities and real estate assets in the Northwest submarket of suburban Chicago. His deep understanding of corporate structures, liability issues, and real estate transactions has served his clients well. Through both regional and national account relationships, Gregg has led projects within every asset type from sales offices to headquarters and R&D. His expertise spans many industries including financial services, law firms, life sciences, technology, non-profits, consumer products and manufacturing.

Over the past 18 months, Gregg completed 23 transactions, wherein the top 10 represented over 400,000 square feet leased and approximately $117,000,000 in transaction value. His clients included Phillips Electronics (80,000 sf), Bank of America (92,000 sf), Intuit (25,000 sf) and Berkley Insurance's US Headquarters (25,000 sf)

 

Gregg is currently working on an array of projects that include a major disposition project for AT&T (1.6 million sf), Headquarters relocation for Zurich Insurance (750,000 sf) and several lease restructures for companies such as Harco Insurance, INX Corporation and KONE Elevators. Gregg's recent transaction experience includes: ​
