Gregg S. Pasternack came to CBRE from Allen Matkins Leck Gamble & Mallory LLP, where Gregg practiced law for eight (8) years as an Associate and Senior Counsel. Gregg negotiated office, retail and industrial leases, purchase and sale agreements and construction contracts, oversaw due diligence projects and performed ongoing project management for large office, retail and mixed-use projects including the Embarcadero Center, China Basin Landing, The Water Garden, Las Olas Riverfront and The Great Mall of the Bay Area.
Gregg is a contributing editor to the California State Bar Real Property Journal and has been a featured speaker at continuing legal education seminars on the representation of both landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing.
