Gregg joined JLL in April 2010 as the first hire for the newly formed Hampton Roads office. His include a portfolio of institutional grade properties comprising approximately one and a half million square feet. In addition, Gregg handles and has handled a number of tenant representation requirements and investment sales transactions.
Gregg has over 27 years' experience and has negotiated over $600 million worth of commercial leases, dispositions, and acquisitions during this time.
