Bio
Gregg Bernstein serves as Co-Principal of Rodeo Lending, a real estate mortgage financing firm and as the Co-Fund Manager of Westridge Lending Fund, LLC., a commercial debt fund specializing in business purpose real estate financing. Gregg has extensive experience in real estate finance, general residential and commercial real estate investing, extensive healthcare related real estate and business operations, general finance, management, and business development. In addition, Gregg currently serves as a co-manager of two other real estate bridge lending funds: HIF Lenders II, which has completed its investment period; and HIF Lenders I, which successfully concluded in 2016. Gregg is co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of Rodeo Capital, Inc., a California licensed broker of private and conventional real estate loans located in Los Angeles, California.
Since 2010, Gregg has been involved in excess of $650,000,000 of private money loans. Previously, Gregg served as a co-founder and Vice President of Operations for one of the largest independent long-term care pharmacies in California. Over a period of 11 years Gregg helped grow the company from a start-up to a successful operator with over $60,000,000 in annual revenues and over 200 employees.
Gregg earned his B.A. in Economics and History from the University of California at San Diego and currently holds a California Real Estate Broker License and National Mortgage Licensing Service certification. Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, supporting several charities, and has a passion for admiring and collecting classic cars.
