Greg is an accomplished construction executive with 28 years of experience in a variety of project types including multi-family, student housing, hospitality, retail and industrial. Greg is an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the design process, structural components, building systems, constructability, and risk management. During his career Greg has directly managed or overseen the construction of more than 6600 units totaling $800 million in value. Greg enjoys his daily interaction with the CIP team members as each project is developed, designed, and constructed while ensuring it is built to the highest quality and enjoyment for our residents. He is a licensed general contractor in North Carolina and Arizona, as well as a licensed private pilot.
