Bio

In 2005, Greg was named a Partner in the Retail Division of Hamilton Partners and has worked on all aspects of development since that time. He has been the project partner on multiple developments and has taken the lead role in negotiating letters of intent, purchase contracts, leases, joint venture partnership agreements, and municipal ordinance amendments. Prior to becoming a Partner, Greg worked as Hamilton Partners’ Chief Information Officer. In his role as CIO, he was responsible for leadership, critical decisions, and execution of services provided by the information technology department and financial analysis group enterprise-wide.
