Mr. Thomas is a Senior Vice President for the firm's Advisory & Transaction Services Group. He specializes in office landlord and tenant representation in the suburban and downtown markets. Greg has been honored during seven of the last ten years as one of CBRE Columbus’ Top Producers.
Mr. Thomas’ objective is to provide a quality level of client representation and client services such as structuring and negotiating commercial leases developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans and assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties.
Greg has leased nearly 20 million square feet of office space. His most recent major lease transactions include representing Safelite Auto Glass (206,000 square feet) and Jones Day (65,000 square feet).
