Greg Roukema

Greg Roukema is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans. Greg brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate both as a lender and as a real estate operator and investor. Throughout his career, he has utilized the structured finance experience he gained from nearly 15 years as a senior investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette (DLJ). During his career at DLJ, Greg closed over $15 billion of debt and equity financings in both the public and private capital markets. Prior to joining A10 Capital, Greg was an Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase & Co. where he originated commercial real estate loans in the New York and New Jersey markets. Greg holds an MBA in finance from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University where he graduated magna cum laude and was a Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society recipient. He also holds a BA from the University of Colorado.
