Bio
Mr. Proniloff joined WSC as the Vice President of Finance in February 2016. Previously at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company, he successfully originated, underwrote and financed more than $500 million of debt on multi-family, retail, office, industrial and single- family residence properties across the country through various sources of capital, including Fannie Mae, FHA/HUD, CMBS, banks and insurance companies. With real estate experience and a J.D. Degree from UCLA School of Law, Mr. Proniloff oversees the closing of all debt and equity transactions as well as acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting and asset management. He holds memberships and licenses with the California State Bar, California Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute.
