Greg joined the Marcus & Millichap firm in January 2002 under the sales intern program. He was awarded Rookie of the Year honors in 2004 after his first full year as an agent, specializing in the disposition of Colorado multi housing assets. He also received the National Multi Housing Group Advocate's Award in 2005. In 2006, he achieved Senior Agent status and went on to post two Sales Recognition Awards in 2006 and 2007. Greg was promoted to Associate Director of the National Multi Housing Group in June 2009 and in May of 2011, promoted to Vice President Investments. He earned his third and fourth Sales Recognition Awards in 2012 and 2014. In 2014, Greg also earned his first Platinum Achievement Award for superior sales production, was promoted to Director of the National Multi Housing Group, and named Marcus & Millichap Denver Broker of the Year. In 2015, Greg earned his fifth Sales Recognition Award and a second Platinum Achievement Award, identifying him as one of the top producing Agents nationwide. In 2016 Greg received his sixth Sales Recognition Award and third Platinum Achievement Award and was promoted to Senior Director of the National Multi Housing Group and First Vice President. In 2017 Greg received his seventh Sales Recognition Award and his fourth National Achievement Award. In 2018, Greg was promoted to Senior Vice President and earned his eighth Sales Recognition Award and his fourth Platinum Achievement Award. Greg graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies. He is responsible for overseeing all Price Apartment Group team members, is involved in the marketing process for every team listing, and ensures that every task on the Price Apartment Group Marketing Timeline is effectively completed for every exclusive listing.
