Bio
Greg is Vice President of Investments and Development. He joined CWS in 1994 and has been involved with the purchase of more than $1 billion in apartment investments and more than $500 million in apartment developments. Greg holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from California State PolytechnicUniversity, Pomona (Cal Poly) and an MBA from The Ohio State University. He holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed North Carolina broker. Greg served on the Austin Town Lake Waterfront Overlay Task Force from 2008-2010.
