Greg Merage

Greg Merage provides overall strategic investment direction and leads the operational and investment activities of the firm as it actively grows its' portfolio of assets. Under Greg’s leadership, MIG Real Estate has successfully grown its portfolio to more than 10 million square feet of investment properties totaling more than $2 billion in assets under management throughout the Sunbelt and Western U.S. With more than 25 years of real estate investment experience, Greg has managed and executed investment strategies across a diverse array of both residential and commercial properties. Greg received a B.S. in Real Property Development from the University of Southern California and a MBA in Finance, Strategy and Marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Greg is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Additionally, he is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
