Bio

AT MILHAUS: Greg is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Milhaus. In his role, Greg leads the Development, Construction, Asset Management, IT and Property Management teams. He plays a critical role in ensuring best-of-class execution across all departments as Milhaus expands its geographic footprint, business lines and portfolio scale. He will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the company alongside co-founder and CEO Tadd Miller and will also be responsible for the daily operations of Milhaus projects from inception through recapitalization/sale. Martin will ensure that Milhaus delivers outstanding employee experiences and customer service that is employee and customer focused.

EXPERIENCE: Greg has led the development and construction of large mixed-use projects totaling over $900M in the Midwest, Texas and Florida. His expertise in development underwriting and construction management allows Milhaus to consistently deliver on project expectations. Greg’s varied experience has included development, brokerage, construction, asset management, appraisal and market analysis of investment grade properties. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute where he was awarded the MAI designation, the Indiana Leadership Forum Board of Directors, Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University with majors in Finance and Real Estate.
