Greg Longoria

Mr. Longoria founded FIDES Capital Partners, LLC in 2009, where he focuses on the Advisory and Investment business.  He is a seasoned executive with 30+ years of real estate experience. Among his experiences, Mr. Longoria was the Chief Capital Officer of MuniMae, an NYSE listed specialty finance company where he had direct responsibility for the planning and execution of capital and financing strategies for the company’s $1 billion balance sheet and $2 billion investment management business. Mr. Longoria was also Managing Director at Gulf Atlantic Capital Corporation, where he led the real estate investment banking practice in developing and executing on collateral recoveries, restructuring options and recapitalization strategies for distressed real estate companies. Additionally, Mr. Longoria was a Managing Director at the boutique investment banking firm of FPL Associates where he led the firm's merger & acquisition and capital raising practice.

Mr. Longoria received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
