Formerly, Mr. Kuhlman was a Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Agency Consulting Group, consisting of 10 professionals, the group represents a portfolio of approximately 35 million square feet comprised of 65 buildings in the Tri-State Region. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Kuhlman was a member of Cushman & Wakefield's prestigious Professional Real Estate Program ("PREP"). PREP is a comprehensive 12-month rotational program that encompasses rotations in the company's service lines as well as related coursework. These rotations include Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, Equity Debt & Structured Finance, and Valuation & Advisory.
