Greg joined Colliers International in 2019. His responsibilities include advising clients in the leasing and sales of office and medical office properties in the greater Dayton market area. Greg specializes in single and multi-tenant commercial office and medical office buildings, in performing tenant/buyer representation, landlord/owner representation, investment analysis, brokerage opinion of value analysis and corporate requirements. Greg has been a real estate leader for 20 years as a Senior Vice President, Managing Director and Presidentservicing real estate owners and occupiers in all aspects of leasing, sales, development, construction and capital markets.
