Bio

Greg Dyer is a Senior Vice President with CBRE in the Los Angeles Region South Bay office. As a member of one of the most experienced tenant representation teams in the industry, Greg and his partners provide strategic business solutions to their clients both in the local Port of Los Angeles / Long Beach Industrial Market and on targeted assignments across the country. The Team’s expertise includes site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suits and efficient space utilization modeling.

Greg’s ability to think strategically and put his clients’ needs first is complemented by CBRE’s Comprehensive Real Estate Services platform which includes Strategic Consulting, Valuation and Advisory Services, Cost Segregation, Project and Construction Management, and Property and Facilities Management.

Since 2000, Greg has participated in over 39 million square feet of transactions totaling nearly $2 Billion in transaction value.
