Bio
Greg Davis is Senior Vice President at Peak Capital Partners, overseeing acquisitions and operations of multi-family assets in select U.S. markets. Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Davis was Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations for Excel Trust, where he led institutional fundraising efforts to fuel the company’s rapid growth. Following the sale of Excel Trust to Blackstone (~$2B), Mr. Davis continued to work within Blackstone’s shopping center platform, leading out on several NOI maximization and efficiency initiatives as the portfolio grew from $2B to $6B. Mr. Davis holds a B.S from Brigham Young University
