Greg Cavanaugh

Greg brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Development. He is responsible for sourcing and overseeing the execution of all Bainbridge development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Greg’s expertise and focus expands across Washington, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Northern Virginia. Throughout his career, Greg has been involved in the origination, financing, development, and construction of more than 2,400 units with a total capitalization in excess of $500 million. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. Greg is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP. Before joining Bainbridge, Greg was the Vice President of Development in Wood Partners’ Mid-Atlantic office. Greg began his career at a large, regional construction firm where he held construction management and estimating positions.
