Profile
Gregory K. Brown is an Executive Director in the Orange County office of Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc. As a member of the firm's Commercial Properties Group, Mr. Brown provides clients with cutting-edge strategic real estate consulting and brokerage services aimed help those clients with better real estate decisions leading to decreased occupancy costs, maximized profits and increased shareholder value. He is an office specialist who endeavors to build long-lasting relationships with his clients by imparting the highest level of creativity and trust. An industry leader with more than 31 years of experience, Mr. Brown has produced more than 2,200 leasing and 75 sales transactions exceeding $1.00 billion in aggregate value and 22 million square feet in coverage.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Brown was a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Preceding this position was his role as a major account manager for Xerox Corporation where his responsibilities included building and maintaining relationships with senior managers of Fortune 500 Companies.
Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands. He is a founder of Young Professionals Against Cancer, serves on the Board of Directors for the ACK Scholarship Foundation and is currently involved with the Orange County Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Association of Industrial Realtors (AIR). Mr. Brown is a recipient of many top awards and recognition in the industry, including the President's Circle/Chairman's Circle Awards from Cushman & Wakefield and the Power Broker Award from CoStar. He was also a recipient of many Presidents' Club awards at Xerox Corporation. Mr. Brown currently resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife Natalie, and two sons, Ryan and Jason.
