Mr. Blix has over 30 years of mortgage banking experience in both retail production and management as well as wholesale lending that includes warehouse lending products, construction to permanent, agency and Alt A production. Prior to working the last 2 years as V.P., Director of Investor Relations, Greg worked for Rincon Technology, a re-seller of network infrastructure. During his 8 year run at Rincon he was responsible for establishing consignment programs for tier 1 carriers as well as selling refurbished network equipment to cable companies, telcos and data centers. Greg was responsible for establishing and maintaining Rincon’s top consignment account.
Early in his mortgage lending career, Greg worked as an Account Executive for Countrywide and helped build the Central Coast branch into the one of Southern California’s top producing branches. After Countrywide, Greg opened and managed the regional office for Keros Mozilo in Santa Barbara that eventually became the company’s top producing branch office. After Keros Mozilo, Greg spent 12 years at IndyMac Bank as V.P. Account Executive where he was responsible for building the production in the CA Central Coast, and focused on Alt A loan products. Greg’s production success led him to become a part of the Sales Executive Council that consisted of IndyMac’s top producers year after year.
