Greg Bayer is a retail real estate consultant with 20+ years of experience in one of the most complicated MSA’s in the United States, Chicago, Illinois. He has managed leasing transactions of all types since 2003 while at the preeminent firm, Mid-America Real Estate. Greg specializes in transactions in the mixed-use urban core and City of Chicago neighborhoods, as well as the regional suburban markets of Chicago. Representing Landlords and Tenants alike, whether new construction 2nd generation or adaptive reuse leasing on behalf of Landlords, and single or multi-store high volume expansion on behalf of Tenants, he thrives at managing a project from inception to opening.
Greg has been fortunate to have exclusively represented Tenant’s interests such as Ralph Lauren, Uniqlo, Supreme, Williams Sonoma Brands, Tumi, Bath & Body Works, Blick Art Supplies, Estee Lauder Brands, Express, Glossier, Hoka, Swarovski, Tin Roof, UGG an Victoria’s Secret.
